The condos are individual owned. Condos range in size from one bedroom with one bath to two bedroom with three baths. |

Condos are available for weekly or extended rentals. Occasionally a condo unit will be availble for sale. |

Rentals include the use of the pool, club house facilities, and the marina. Boat slips may be available upon request. |

Each unit has a screened patio area and parking space at the front door. These units are at ground level, with the back door leading out to our marina. |

Since this units are privately owned, you will find the decor of each unit to be a reflection of the owner's individual taste . As a rental guest we are sure that you will feel very "at home" in any of these units. |
