Marina Project
The storm surge from Hurricane Wilma did extensive damage to our marina. None of the damage was covered by insurance. It took nearly a year to get permits, select a contractor and fund the project. In November 2006 we started construction. The pictures below were taken on March 22, 2007. On that date a few minor details still needed to be taken care of before the final inspection by the city of Marathon. Within a week or two our marina should be fully functioning again.
